Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at She Defense.

The Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  1. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 
  2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
  3. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 
  4. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 
  5. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHE DEFENSE ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 - 48 hours.

Once your order has been shipped, SHE DEFENSE is no longer responsible or liable. SHE DEFENSE is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email us immediately. If you have any issues with shipping, you can contact shedefense@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. 

Please track your packages. SHE DEFENSE has no control over what happens to your package once it is delivered. If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS directly.
